depends what we're talking about.. I was referring to women's thighs. When it comes to eating I'm not against the idea of chicken thighs, although I actually prefer chicken breast. Higher in protein and less fat. Sorry I haven't been here in a long time :D what's new?

Idk looking into your 'library' we almost listen to exactly the same bands. Like literally every band I look at I'm like "Oh yeah I love 'em" So I think there's not much I can rec you that you don't already know :D I didn't see any Dillinger, but since you listen to the Hirsch Effekt I'd imagine I just missed them or you just haven't listened to them much for w/e reason. One band that you might not know are We lost the Sea. They just have one album but it's absolut fire. Go check 'em out if you haven't heard of them already. I have to say it again tho; your charts are really amazing only band that I never got into is AAL. They're not bad, but idk they just don't click with me for some reason.

Dude yeah, love Dillinger. I actually discovered The Hirsch Effekt as a support for them. However, for some reason I mostly listened to them on the go on a player that I couldn't scrobble from. Regarding, AAL, I totally feel you. When their self-titled came out, it was unlistenable to me. I found it impressive, but it didn't have any effect on me whatsover. It felt almost empty. I revisited them a few years later, as I was getting more and more into prog and also Jazz, and damn suddenly it clicked and I've been addicted ever since. Eventually seeing CAFO live in 2016 was like witnessing a miracle. So yeah, I think they are one of those bands that one has to click with, and you can't force that. You might wanna listen to them again in a few years. ;) I'll check out WLTS, thx for the rec!

It's funny you should say that. I first saw them on a Dillinger gig as well. DEP headlining with Maybeshewill and the Hirsh Effekt, 'twas a real blast.

Regarding recs, I'm not sure where to start. For mathy stuff, I'd recommend Jardín de la Croix (start with their Circadia EP). For some truly artsy stuff check out World's End Girlfriend. And finally, my favourite discovery of the last year: Jambinai (or 잠비나이 ), a post-rock band utilizing traditional korean instruments. They are basically mixing traditional korean music with rock, and are quite versatile (from plain beautiful to heavy and political). Also props to them for combining the most unpopular styles on the k-pop infested korean market, rock and traditional music. Sorry for redundancy if you've heard any of these before. ;)

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it. World's End Girlfriend is the shit (kinda related to his music: Kashiwa Daisuke. Do check him out if you don't already know him. Program Music I is my go-to choice for a "if you could take only one album on a deserted island"-scenario) The korean band sounds really intriguing, I've gotta chem them out immediately. I'll let you know what my thoughts on them are. Thanks again.
