Thanks for accepting me. Great taste :) If you've not heard Kurt Vile, I'd check him out. I think you'll like him. :)

nice on deciding to be a teacher! that's really awesome. what subject/age group do you want to teach? i actually just started an internship as a pharmacy technician in a children's hospital. really loving it...thinking about maybe going to pharmacy school one day, but it's such a huge commitment!

hi Emily, you've been selected to be part of a music research dataset. In this dataset, we collected your listening habits via last.fm API. There is already a published dataset that contains the top-50 artists for a list of ~360,000 users (see http://mtg.upf.edu/node/1671 ). The new dataset were you'd appear it'll be similar to this one, but containing your listening history, anonymized. In any case, if you prefer not being part of this new dataset, please let me know ASAP. Thanks in advance! Cheers, Oscar

Hey there. I wanna start up a music club like a book club except with albums. This would involve meeting up in real life. I live in Kings Cross, London, so I'm spamming all my neighbours who seem like they might be within the same planetary sector. Get in touch if interested. There will be tea! And cake! And Books! Hey there! My name is Hunter and I'm from Austin, TX. You and I have a medium musical compatibility, so I thought you might enjoy The Wonderland Avenue. http://www.last.fm/music/The+Wonderland+Avenue. Give them a listen when you get a free moment or two!

i know its been at least a year how funny! i'm doing great. getting my health and general life issues together. i'm finally learning to drive and also millinery (hat making). i'm gonna make a career out of it i've decided. its great fun though i have a serious addiction to vintage hats so maybe its not the best path. i just hope i won't end up a crazy hat lady with an apartment completely filled with the things. emily, i'm sorry but i forget what you study. - cin

Yeah. THe Johnny Flynn one is a bit odd with the other people about. I guess since it was the first one they maybe didn't know what they were doing. great idea though the whole taxi-gig-video thing. I see you've got A Larum too, judging by your recent listens.

Actually it seems I only have about 20 Emmy songs (5 of which twice - session and EP), but I do listen a lot. She is pretty damned awesome! Weird that she's above Sufjan in my overall chart though given his absurd amount of output and wonderful christmas EPs. I'm glad to see Tompaulin making an appearance in yours. Does your computer work again now since you seem to be listening to stuff again? Can't wait for Latitude - fingers crossed on weather.

you can probably see the excessive amount of their stuff I listen to. i think I have all three thousand albums or whatever it is now. (ok maybe 15, but all on CDs, not mp3!) things going pretty well, thanks. excited about how does it feel new years clubnight tonight! how are you doing? when are you back in Oxford? I think I'm going to the same Radiohead gig as you in June.

Ah, but you see, I work in Notting Hill. Doing lunch is a matter of course, along with having to deal with yummy mummies on a regular basis. See my colleague's blog for more fascinating insights: www.markfarley.blogspot.com - he's marvellous. But yes, let me know when you're down. I leave for Leeds mid-September, so any time before then, daaahling... xx

I'm studying joint honours English and Music, though I might just switch to straight English, given that I did so badly in some of my modules in English. Erk... That's lamexcore. Still, any time you can actually make it to town, let me know and we can totally do lunch, yeah? xx

Ah yes, I never actually told you! I'm well into Leeds. Win! ABB, mind (not great, especially given that I basically relied on how well I did last year...), but that's not the point. *grin* Fucking sucks that you can't make Saturday. No way you could pester/beg for money or something? Srsly, you need to see the band (and me, of course) before I leave for the north. xx

Apparently, results aren't being put online until 8am. This sucks. I heard it was going up at 00:01. Lamexcore. I'm officially going to have the worst sleep EVER. Do let me know if you can make the 25th, and I'll see what I can do about getting you on some sort of list, mmkay? Yours petrifiedly. Cornetto. xx

Please tell me you're in London soon - we must booze! Come on the 25th - the band I play bass with are playing Feeling Gloomy!!!!! Be there or be elsewhere. xx ps: I too have a family, but do not drink cups of tea. Make of that what you will.
