Hey bippitybop! We saw that you have a pretty good music taste and thought that you'd maybe like our music as well. We are three girls from the forests of Sweden and we are going to record our very first album in Woodstock this summer! We would love if you checked out this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sc_SKuEZm0o ! Let us know what you think (it's much appreciated) by commenting the video, and also check out our cover of 'Kathy's Song' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44kjqZUC5PU that we got the chance to play live for Paul Simon! Love, VIDAR

I keep my life pretty balanced, I just like to spend my evenings watching live music when I can. It doesn't really take any time or energy from me. Most of the shows I go to now are right next door, I would travel a lot more when I was younger to see bands play. Now I wait for them to come to me. Traveling is expensive but other than that, I don't mind the cost of a ticket. I spend a lot more money at the bar.

Hah! That's awesome. I love when you can watch or listen to a band and tell that they're all just having a great time. And aside from packing everyone into a studio, doing just the opposite is pretty good stuff too. Search youtube for "Take away show". A lot of artists have done it...I really like the Phoenix "1901" and Arcade Fire's "Wake Up" with the huge crowd videos, then Beirut and Andrew Bird have a couple as well.

the young lady in your avatar looks like Ellen Page from Juno. I'm fairly certain it is a good thing.
