Noisia is just insane, I saw them live, it was crazy!! Where do you live in England? France is cool these days, though I wanna live in PAris now, I'm pretty bored of smaller cities. Come to Frnace, the Basterds will host you in Paris! :)

Actually we discovered them because of a featuring with french rappers they did and then, as we are noisia listeners, the noisia feats were just the thing we needed to really start listening to them.

Ha, sounds pretty hectic. Moving to Brighton should be amazing though, its great there. Na, I'm not actually 18, think I should probably change that. I'm at the colchester sixthform, so not off to uni just yet. What are you going to do in Brighton? Is it photography you do? Yeah nice one on the music compatibility front. X

I agree. Perhaps we don't have any kind of innovation we can look back at in 20 years, there are definitely events that the 2000s will be famous for that we have witnessed. Think of 9/11. I can't think of any event with a similar impact, though. But it's not innovation. Another thing that might be more relevant to music: the change of youth behaviour. Everyone seems to chat (MSN) and call at any time, any place. I mean, it's progress made in this decade. Music hasn't notably progressed, indeed. "...but it's [progress of dance music] still pretty samey to all it's predecessors" - dead right. Underground magazines, that's cool. I think I'm not as indie-hearted as you are to say I wouldn't like to write for NME. To earn money with writing some rubbish (some of it is all right), I would be happy with that. Those underground ones are way more interesting, but I guess it's not a suitable day job. Could you send me a few of your published articles :)? Or where can I find them?

Say whatever you want! You just describe your view, that wouldn't be a problem for me. I could compare your idea of my dislike of White Lies with mine (after all, that's what we were talking about :) ), that's interesting. Manufacturing sounds neither is a problem to me, too. It's difficult to create a new sound, can you think of any guitar band that has created a new type of sound in the 2000s? I think it's different in dance music. Although dubstep evolved from various styles, its sound is pretty new, isn't it? All right, dance music isn't all you listen to :). Do you write for online or paper magazines? I've read one of your articles you posted on Twitter, that must be online I suppose. The weather will definitely not be grey in August (I hope for you, I'm not sure), it's been a bit grey for a few days, but today was a hot and muggy. Have you ever been to Amsterdam before? Dutch is my first language, thank you very much for saying you think English is! I've learnt English at school.

Hi. I was being sarcastic, but I was also curious about what you would think why I don't like White Lies. I have to say you are wrong :). You mean Joy Division is the 'untouchable' right? I feel emulating other bands is something bad, indeed, but somehow, some bands emulating other bands can be quite good. For example, The Horrors are dressing like 80's goths and seem a bit fake to me, but I really like their second album. I just don't like the songs of White Lies. According to me, they are just one of the many bands like The Killers, Snow Patrol (especially SP), perhaps Coldplay. Their songs are very boring and dull. I don't like that pompous/bombastic/grandiloquent (please help me, what's the correct English word?) sound. Am I making myself clear? - Although Blink-182 is awful (my opinion :P), there's exceptionally good music in your charts. But you don't listen to them a lot anymore? It's like the Red Hot Chili Peppers in my overall chart.. BFL remix is superb, thank you!
