Hi there! I saw that you'd posted on the Seafood page so thought you might be interested in this! :) David Line's new outfit The William Fairley Project is playing a free show tonight at a club called Whiskey Kittens at Kaff Bar in Brixton. (https://www.facebook.com/events/581705221886726/)

Wow, that's amazing news. I hope they use the music he wrote for Northline in the film. I just looked it up on the imdb and Guillermo Arriaga, who wrote 21 Grams and The Three Burials Of Melquiadas Estrada, apparently bought the rights to The Motel Life. That's really impressive. Looking forward to some new Fontaine music too, I'd love to see them live again.

Yes, I've read them both and loved them! It's kind of like Richmond Fontaine's music turned into novels, which obviously is a great thing. I can't wait for his next one, I wonder if he's working on anything.

I saw you loved The Primitives - Crash. I have always considered this the 'perfect' pop single. Leaving aside things in common, I'm far more interested in the music I don't know. Where would you recommend me to start with Magnolia Electric Co./Songs:Ohia? At the beginning or can you recommend one album in particular?
