Hey wanderess. I was just randomly rummaging through the Nightbox when I saw you linking to this and my curiosity was piqued. I went immediately to the blog of the Overlord of Jesus Myth Research and lo, his take on this very idea, which is obviously OlderThanTheyThink (I hadn't heard of it before, either, though). There is, however, for example, a different but (apparently, I'm no expert, just a puny historical linguist) actually defensible hypothesis (by one Dennis MacDonald) that the NT is based on Homer, which is fascinating enough in itself. And as long as we have Metal Keyboard Jebus who is hilariously real, who cares. Just don't mention this kind of stuff in front of Andro, you ebil heretic, or Mark Jansen (HE BOUGHT ME A BEER HE'S MAH BUDDY YEAHHH).

You speak a lot of sense on the Sirenia page. I've not been on there since 13th Floor was released, and it's still the same...some of the trolls are gone - shame! Haha. At least most people are over the vocalist changes though xD

Hello Emmalise! I hope that you’re fine and that everything goes well for you! I’m really sorry to bother you here, on your personal page, but as last.fm is all about music and considering the quality of your tastes, I thought you would enjoy to discover my band, [artist]Angellore[/artist]. We play atmospheric doom metal inspired by Draconian, Saturnus, My Dying Bride, etc. We just released our first album, “Errances”, that you can already order directly from us. Here is a link to listen to the opening song of our dear album: Dans les vallées éternelles. We would be honoured to read back from you and get your honest opinion, and I sincerely mean that. All the best! Walran [Angellore]

Haha, yep I'm magic. :P Nah, the last.fm scrobbler gave me the option to scrobble my recent history on iTunes, so I went for it. How have you been? :)

Aww! Such a cute pic of you two. :) Glad to know you're alive lol. I've been tremendously busy too. I got into grad school and that has become my life. I keep thinking I'm going to update my blog and then it doesn't happen, haha. I haven't given up on it, I will update it soon! Anyway, nice to hear from you, did you do anything for Halloween?

I'll get a blog up about it soon. I hate that they took off "Deathaura" and "As If the World Wasn't Ending" for my setlist.. but "Juliet" was sooooooo amazing live! So theatrical.

SO, my Sonata Arctica show was AMAZING. What was your show's setlist like? if you remember it all, lol.. the only reason I remember mine is because I snapped a pic of the setlist paper taped to the floor in front of the speaker i was standing behind, haha.

Yay! Glad to hear you had a great time, I should be getting my chance to see them in the next couple of weeks. lol I've been listening to Powerglove, lately though, getting ready - liking it a lot. The Epica show I went to was incredible, but the same problem with the drums was there too. Almost drowned out everything else, but it was still pretty sweet and it rocked meeting the band.
