Aseptic Void - Carnal (album) " The theme of the album is the flesh and abominations of the concepts of limit. A black hole of anti-identity in which to get pleasantly lost. The truth of the flesh is multifaceted " FREE DOWNLOAD http://vulpianorecords.com/post/49616120070

What did you think of the gig on Saturday? I really really enjoyed the opening act, the main artist, singer bassist, was a total sweetheart, I got him to autograph a poster, which is now hanging from my wall :) The only thing I had against Washed Out was that he had changed the format of Feel It All Around, I'm sure most of us were expecting something very different!

but YES! unfortunately only on grooveshark though, haven’t been able to buy the album and listen to it more closely yet… :/ it was an interesting one though, i remember being surprised at how it put emphasis on the negative “space” around sounds via echoes, silence, etc…as opposed to, say, the swirling maximalism of their earlier albums. i’m kind of an old-fashioned guy, so at this point i still prefer the latter, i think. but you’ve made me want to listen to the album again! :)

Did you try to call me once? I just realized I never answer unknown numbers. Anyway, I saw Caribou and Toro y Moi last night. Mmm, love love. We should have a dance party soon! Hope you're finishing school with styyyyyle, ez.

I can't lie: It was incredible. June sounds like it'll be the same for you! I adore Local Natives (I have a good story about this band) and really want to go to LCD Soundsystem but it's sold out!! Maybe it'll just have to bite the bullet and shell out extra $$ for tickets anyway. The new album has me in fits.

It was my first time at the Fox in Oakland and it was really really nice. Reminded me of the Wiltern in LA which I have such deeply great memories of. Anyway, all the shows were awesome! So good! Thom Yorke!!!!! "Love Will Tear Us Apart" cover!!! More exclamation marks!!!! I don't really play music...used to (piano). Now I stick to Guitar Hero and karaoke freak-outs. We definitely need to do something...

I'm not really sure what I want to do. I might do a Masters degree, at the moment I have the grade to do it so I'm not sure! There aren't many jobs going over here, so it'll be hard to try and find one! Yikes, sounds like there's a lot in Economics! I'm pretty much the same with movies, although I like my fair share of Chinese, Japanese and Korean films, but I haven't had a chance to watch that many. I like some French and Spanish films as well! I haven't gotten a chance to listen to some of the artists you recommended to me yet, but I will!! I have been listening to a lot of ambient stuff over the last month, found a great guy called Helios, some very very nice and relaxing pieces :) I did listen to Slowdive and they're perfect, really love shoegaze!

Ick, bummerville! Since I'm not going to Coachella, I made my own music festival...Tonight is Micachu/Deerhunter/Spoon, tomorrow is Little Dragon, Thursday is Thom Yorke's side project, Friday is the xx/Hotchip, Saturday is Yeasayer. On Sunday, I shall lie motionless for 24 hours.

Oh...wait, I don't think I got your email. Anyway, pardon (<--French accent): Why don't you have any Belle & Sebastian albums?! They will lull you to sleep and give you excellent dreams. Very necessary for life-transitions. This week is a mad concert week for me but yeah, I think real-life hangs are necessary soon. In the mean time, have a fantastic time beyond the Bay!

Eep! Just read your shout and you're too kind, too kind. Don't tell anyone but I'm actually woefully average ;) Anyway, I've never been a big denim person - I just don't like wearing jeans - but I have nothing against them on others and I LOVE that people are getting wacky with it. There's a good life mantra right there: Get wackier. See you around the city hopefully? We should thrift together this weekend or something!

Yeah it was pretty bad news :( Ah well...he did indeed leave us some very good songs! The xx have a self entitled album, I'd definitely go for that. I really like their sound, nice and relaxing, little bit darker though, shoegaze kind of sound. Definitely one of my favourite albums to listen to when I'm tired or gazing away! Oh nice, I have a few friends that study economics. I don't know too much about that area though! I study computer science, pretty tough at times but I do anything in computing when I graduate, which will be at the end of May! Not too sure what I want to do after college! What sort of films do you like?

Hehe lots of work for the both of us then! What do you want to study when you leave school? Cool I'll check out Apollo Heights and Atlas Sound, I've heard of Atlas before but I shall give them a listen! I love The xx, very nice relaxing music. I actually have a playlist called 'Night night', they're the first band on to send me off to sleep! Did you hear the news about Nujabes? He passed away last month but it was only announced today.

Sorry I'm only replying now, had a pretty bad weekend with college work! Niiiiice, I shall have a listen. I'm starting to get into the whole shoegaze thing. Especially Kevin Shields and the work he did on Lost in Translation! I'd recommend their first album, I haven't listened to much of them other than one song repeatedly because it's on the Lost in Translation soundtrack and I'm in love with that film and soundtrack! I don't think I can actually study without it. Are you in college/school?

Oh yeah, I haven't heard much of that album, I must give it a listen! His album is called "A Son Of The Sun ", I'd recommend the entire thing but my favourite is 81summer. I love great paino melodies and then a sweet beat over them. I see you like Slowdive, I have their albums but haven't listened to them, any particular one I should try?

Indeed, a lot in common :) Yeah I was thinking the same, he might not know about...and considering he hasn't updated the hydeout productions website since 2008 :( Actually 'Counting stars' is my favourite so that video was perfect !! I knew he sampled some work but it's good to know the source! As for Nomak, not too sure I like most of stuff equally 'Anger of the earth' is probably my favourite though. Have you heard much of uyama hiroto?

I think you can only listen to a radio if the artist uploads their songs to lastfm. Nujabes doesn't have any previews on his website either which means he hasn't managed his artist profile on here or at least again, he hasn't put any music on here:( Nujabes is a hard man to find information about, so far as to that some people have gone to his record shop and he's still a hard man to get info on there!

I don't think you can only get Nujabes to play, it'll be a combination of him and people similar to him. On the artist page, where you left a shout right below the picture is, "Play Nujabes Radio." Hope that helps [;
