Hello! I was just pursuing profiles of folks going to the Elephant 6 show (because thinking about it is a lot more enjoyable than the finals I'm writing at the moment) and just wanted to say I like your charts! Sometimes it's fun meeting folks on here with "very high" instead of "super" because it gives me room to get into new stuff I've never heard of. Also-- saw you were a Mt. Goats fan and wanted to give the fyi; they're playing in Cbus next month! http://www.wexarts.org/pa/index.php?eventid=5411

Definitely. He even has a last.fm and regularly posts to his Enemieslist group board. Gotta ask you man, you heard Foxes In Fiction yet? He gives his music out for free and draws comparisons to Deerhunter. I'm sure you get recs and stuff all the time, but this guy just got his break and even got a pitchfork review. http://www.foxesinfiction.com/

Hey. Recently I realised that the songs on my Blog were not playable by anyone that visited it. This has now been fixed. Please take a few minutes to have a look. I hope you find some new music to add to your already awesome library. http://turtleversuspenguin.blogspot.com/ Let me know what you think.

We are attempting to fill in some dates on a tour that is taking us from Mobile, Al to Brooklyn N.Y. any assistance would be helpful it seems from your encyclopedic list you might have a clue where the good venues would be near you. Thanks Robert, Manager, The Sunshine Factory( shoegaze, dreampop)

Yeah they are great. Hearing 'Bear' live is a treat. I saw them at Case a couple months ago. They were pretty approachable too after the show. Just walked over and talked to all of them, got them to sign a poster they were selling, etc. It'll be a good show. Saw A.A. Bondy at Musica last week. That was amazing.

heh well i used to before my old pc died. before HTTT even came out, I made this collection called "Waiting in the Aisle / B-Sides" with a semi-chronological 80min collection of all the tracks I really liked. If I could find it, it'd probably be my favorite "album" still... I love how experimental and left-field they could get when they weren't constrained by an album. (incidentally I'm the same way with Smashing Pumpkins, and that's the side of the band I look back on when I say they're incredibly underrated in a lot of ways. don't like the singles. do like the deep album tracks and weirdo b-sides)

hi! i read your post about Deep Sea Diver from the MVB show and i totally agree with it. i guess i didn't really expect them to sound like they did, but was pleased with what they ended up being. (i just assumed she was Conor's gf too. haha.)

just read your post about the BMSR show and I realized you were the kid next to me at the merch booth that asked to take a picture of the set list. Your picture turned out better than mine. Great post.
