Saw you've got some Icehouse plays. Man, Iva Davies does have a great voice. Man of Colours one of the best albums ever,

Saw you have some listens of Smith. But mostly of one song. Have you heard their first album? Gayle McCormick - what a great voice. Especially love Baby It's You and Tell Him No. Hope all is well with you. While I'm here, just going to go through your artists to see what's new. Always looking to discover something new.

Billy Thorpe's "Children Of The Sun" was a heavily-requested song at album rock radio in the U.S. during the 1980s. Some album rock stations didn't play it, but it definitely had a cult following. "Children Of The Sun" brings to mind Arthur C. Clarke's 1953 sci-fi novel "Childhood's End."

When I clicked on your profile today, it said something a bit different than in February. Today it says, "Your compatibility with lihei is Super. You both listen to The Beatles, Jethro Tull and Paul Simon." The mix of songs in your library, a lot of classic rock, softer rock and pop--but a little bit of everything--is quite similar to mine. :)

Paul here too. Great as the others obviously were, I think Paul's the one with the genuine touch of genius. John is my favorite as a singer and I think George had the best pure songwriting ability, but Paul's way with melodies and arrangements is just something else. His compositional tendencies definitely line up closest with the kinds of things I like listening to. If you don't mind another inquiry from a fellow admirer, then - five favorite Paul post-Beatle releases? And thanks, I adore Tull! Probably my favorite '70s band, all in all.

Thanks. Cheers on all the Beatles & post-Beatles plays you've logged. Such extraordinary, warm music they've done. I had a really fun stint of exploring McCartney's post-Wings output this past winter. I'd written it off in the past but actually there's a lot to delight in. Pipes of Peace has become one of my favorite things in the Beatles family output! I hadn't seen that coming.

It's about time you loved 'Hey Little Girl'! LOL It is a great song. I remember hearing it on MTV (when they played music) and thinking good song, never really taking note of who it was. Years later bought my first Icehouse album, loved it, and decided to get all their back catalog.. Was playing the album and what comes on? Hey Little Girl! Was thrilled! Finally found out who sang it! Have a great day (or night)!

Thanks for liking my Last FM 'COLLECTION' library, & shouting it so on my page all those years ago Now, with all your Sitemeter counter hits, I can only deduce you must be a celebrity, or someone famous at some point!! You don't have to give your full identity away, just suffice to say yes to the Are You A Celebrity part?!!!

Yeah think alot of the crowd don't care too much about entertainment they just want to see the game. Tom Jones was all round poor, he called it rugby lol at least learn the name. I liked Ed Sheeran I don't do alot of pop but he is alright for pop. Yeah Olivia was good. Malcolm was a bit of a backbone for AC/DC not sure how I feel with them going in without him. #godons

What did you think of the GF entertainment dude? Don't mind Ed...for pop music...mostly of the viewpoint Australia's sport should showcase Australian music though! Thoughts? Least Tom Jones appeared to make it through his performance without some kind of a stroke (can't say that for Meatloaf)

Hi, friend. Heard Great Southern Land by Icehouse this morning. Man, what a great song! I was wondering, does Icehouse or maybe just Iva still record? I know they still tour, but do they still release new music? I've always loved Icehouse and would love some new music if it's out there. Thanks and appreciate any info.

Hey buddy, listening to the Master's Apprentice too. Such great music. A big loss for Aussie music with the passing of their singer, Jim Keays.
