I'm finally listening to Have a nice life. Deathcounsciousness is great. Bloodhail and Hunter are amazing tracks.

Something as raw as Filth and worthy to check: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4O00_uQF9vI

This band was complete with Jarboe, that voice builds an atmosphere. Her presence gave much to their music, and for sure new stuff won't be the same anymore.Yeah, usually Filth or the cop are just not for everyone, only special occasions for that stuff :).I was on the concert last year in Krakow, performance was great, huge waves of noise moving the crowd to back side of club.I'm planning to go this year also.

I agree with that, Seer sounds to me deeper than TBK. Swans had powerful previous albums. The Great Annihilator is very good.Have you listened Children of God?It's very good also; and Filth - more dirty but one of the best in my opinion.

hey brotha, with swans I can digg To Be Kind but I just hated the seer. What am I missing? it just sounds like gira masturbating on guitar for 2 hours and occasionally inserting incoherent lyric thats devoid of anything i can relate to

you're welcome dude! You've seen my tastes as well so any recommendations will be appreciated. How were Swans and Nadja live? I'm probably seeing Swans this year for the first time, I'm really looking forward to it.

Yeah I know what you mean, it's especially difficult for me to have time to just sit around and enjoy an album doing nothing but that. Regarding recomendations, I finally gave a spin to this one: http://www.lastfm.com.br/music/The+Angelic+Process/Weighing+Souls+With+Sand and I'm so glad I did. I don't know why I have always associated Angelic Process with My Dying Bride (which doesn't really appeal to me) but they're nothing alike. Angelic Process is really close to Nadja, doomy and droney so there it goes, it's an awesome album, give it a try.

on the red line indeed. What's up with Therion though? :P Listened to a few tracks of them way back, maybe it's me but symphonic metal it's not my forte

The Seer? from Swans? Is that an album? I don't think I have that one! Saw them in concert a few months ago... was great... they did their really old punk-days stuff, which is interesting to see, but I do prefer Gira all by himself in concert.

, which means it's a good picture, I'll leave it there for a while. Love finding neighbours on whose pages I see _completely_ red lines. :) Greetings from Malmö!
