late on this... you mean a GBV compilation? Which albums do you already have?... and as for Bobby you know I never thought I'd be able to get into his solo stuff but 'from a compound eye' is widely considered to be one of his best, and for good reason I think... i had an old friend stay for the weekend and we were listening to that in the dark and just laughing, he's off his rocker xxx

Music you have in common includes Guided by Voices, Elvis Costello, Yo La Tengo, Jens Lekman and Björk. I think you should consider coming to the gig I'm putting on in September. http://www.last.fm/event/1606662+Carefully+Planned+presents... xx

really enjoying your loved tracks... Couldn't help wondering, apart from singing, do you play small stringed instruments like mandolin or uke??

Stumbled randomly across your page. What a ruddy awesome list of joy. Kate Bush. C86. David Byrne. Cook'd and Bomb'd. Serge Gainsbourg. Beck. The Fall. What's not to like?

That looks pretty awesome. I shall see what the kids wanna do as I am a Manchester virgin, inless you count a sports bar in the train station as an honorary Manchester experience. I dont as I am not overly fond of sports. Bars are good though, and train stations have their charms.

Mag Fields at Town Hall in New York were great last time. It is is such a great venue and really suited them. How come you are going? Special trip to New York to see them or a coincidence that they are there the same time as you?

Just spent a happy 15 mins pottering around your library. Hope I've put everything back tidily.

well i could Apes, but what did you think of Bubonic P.? i was a bit underwhelmed tbh, there are better records from that 'scene'... If i did make you a mix, i am not sure if you'd like it either, did you have a specific vibe in mind? Also i de-added you on fuzzbook because we never chat, the profile muss be streamlined and functional!!

You're attending just about every Magnetic Fields gig apart from the one that's actually where you live?

alright April, the reason for my last facebook wallpost was that i am funny about adding people who i never talk to, but i will make an exception in your case. I like your band, can you tell your boyfriend to stop bombarding me with videos of wee, cheers./ Also did you ever get that GBV discog message, i think i overdid it with Pollard & co, still recovering, i've even got the DVD of their final show, it's like 3 hours +.

I have a prize jumper just like the one Mark E's wearing in that picture. Who are the Gothic Arches?

I just heard it around, they've let quite a few people go in the last week. They've hired too many people and now they're trying to find any excuse to shrink the workforce. Soon only that bland handful of people who rely on the Odeon to add meaning to their lives will remain.

Think this is it: spotify:user:pigeonking:playlist:2JT5oSBk7Jg3OvfdQiKe6K There's only about four songs on it so far because Spotify doesn't seem to have any of the artists I like. Yeah, I heard about the Odeon incident, pretty shit. Apparently you swore revenge, pushed a passing child down an escalator and ran out? Either way I think you had a lucky escape, I hate the place.
