I don't think I've ever even heard them, I've just assumed they sound like Taproot.

I wish it was in the movie too. It's a really touching song, and was perfect for the trailer.

yeah, I like it to, it's a solid album... I'm not a fan of most of his picks for vocalists though, most don't really add enough imo. but yeah, I agree, the track with Cornell is one of the highlights (and it kinda restores my faith in Cornell). By the Sword has also grown on me quite a bit since I first heard it...

After reading tcap's shoutbox: you should check out Reigning Sound's other stuff too, especially Time Bomb High School. Top 5 of the decade for me...

Yeah, Shuffle actually recommended that I listen to the Drive-By Truckers, whom I have enjoyed so far. As far as recommendations from myself, I'd check out Sun Kil Moon. I've been driving around late at night recently, and Mark Kozelek's music is perfect for deserted highways. I would highly recommend you listen to either Ghosts of the Great Highway or April. There's also an interesting Modest Mouse covers album he did called Tiny Cities. Of course, if you're already familiar with his music, just disregard what I said, haha.
