i was hung over and overslept the time they released the tickets. -_- theres no glasto next year either. lamesss. well tastebuds is another music site like this with ad hoc users, maybe a waste of your time but its alot easier to find gig buddies, sometimes i go for twitter for that.

Yes, I still use last.fm. although the social side of the wall seemed to have died. I sometimes use tastebuds, you heard of it?

oh nothing much on my blog except emo lyrics and band videos! i get unemployed every year, so its nothing new there. I might be starting a youtube channel where i illustrate stories, might try and get some new freelance design/ illustrating work from that if i get big with subscribers.

Hmmm. I have a few things which I'm considering but the only thing I have ordered a ticket for is Richard Skelton, which surprisingly is in Bexhill so I'm pleased to see something so close by for once as I work there. Still considering Earth (I didn't like the new album), Enablers (spoken word rock, but need to listen more), and Toundra which seem mix of post-rock/post-metal. Not sure if you know much of those, or like them? Hopefully some really nice things come up soon, as it seems quite dry at the moment :(

I didn't end up going to Drill in the end, but did see Maybshewill last night. Did you end up going? I was there for Waking Aida - a shame that they only got a short set :(

Ahh. Yeah I hadn't been to many gigs over the past years apart from Nadja and Steve Reich. Should have seen Hecker last year, as I really like St. Georges Church and I've been listening to Ravedeath non stop the past few days. I hadnt listened to him for years, and didn't realise just how good his recent stuff is. Ahh Mogwai, I was contemplating that but didn't end up going; wish I had. I also missed This Will Destroy you and Broderick.. Did you go? I need to try some of Frost's recent work. What is your favourite work of his? Oh and yeah Drill seems to have a few good things. I'm gonna see Upcdownc... this weekend, and Monsters Build.. (I see they are on at Drill too).

Well, I'm in Eastbourne so the only place really is Brighton for gigs.. I see you saw Hecker. I'm just so impressed with his two most recent albums.

It was loading on my mobile, but the rest wasn't working on my macbook. We basically had a team of 5 people doing it. so only one of my mates got through. He had three tabs. two on chrome, one on explorer. explorer got through twice for him. so he just shove 5 tickets in. You could have said! we could of had a 6th person as we only did 5 people.

I wasn't really prepared for the wet festival and actually only had a spare dress in my backpack! what was i thinking?! had to borrow my mate's socks... I'm not sure, only if it doesn't rain. it didnt sell out so may buy one last minute. trying to go glastonbury again next year, I couldn't get a ticket this year.
