It is a dub mix of Zach Hill’s single-take audio version that overlaid most of “Death Grips 2017 US Tour Promo,” a video they uploaded to their YouTube channel on October 4, 2017. As they wrote in the video description for this chaotic performance, Hill recorded it on Roland V-Drums.
The group had published minutes after they uploaded the mix, they indicated that they released it because “people been asking about the audio” from the “2017 US Tour Promo” video, an uncharacteristic statement from the notoriously reclusive group.
