Bio:
Born in 2000 from the minds of several high school students, the band that became Changing Falls has had a long, twisted history of line-up, sound and even name changes. Originally influenced by popular heavy bands of the time, the band has grown and changed, with a membership that at various times has featured two bassists, two drummers, three vocalists, a DJ, and, at the time of writing, a backing track to showcase the band’s interest in adding an electronica element to their sound.
Labelled nu-metal by those who like to pigeon hole their music, the sound of Changing Falls is in part influenced, but not limited to the stock-standard rap/rock stereotype of the genre – theirs is a sound influenced by electronica, classic rock, punk, folk and pop as much as anything else, with members of the band listing a diverse array of artists among their influences. Successfully playing with metal, hardcore and rock bands throughout their career, Changing Falls plan to continue their evolution well into the future.
