Biography

Druex "Lil' Fizz" Fredericks was christened "Lil' Fizz" by his past mentor Romeo of immature (IMX). The name ment his Flows Bubble. Fizz grew up in Los Angeles, California, with life long friend, and bandmate Jerell "J-Boog" Houston and currently lives in Bel Air California.

Fizz was discovered by his managers (not Chris Stolkes) in one of those lucky coincidence kind of ways. They approached 8-year-old Fizz when he was at a museum and asked him if he could sing or rap. He rapped for them on the spot, and they liked him. Although Fizz was discovered by accident, he was always interested in performing. So when they asked him to join a group he was all for it, the group was called "Melotic", B2K bandmates, De'Mario "Raz-B" Thorten and Jerell and two other members joined him. The two other members were later droped and "new" Manager Chris Stolkes, added bandmate Omari "Omarion" Grandberry. And from 1998 to January 2004 they were "B2K". B2K was one of the most influental groups of the new millinium. Which was only fitting because B2K stood for Boys of the New Millinium. But one day the B2K world stoped spinning and the group was no more. Which was a shook to everyone around the world, with a Smash Hit movie that broke Box Office Super Bowl weekend Records, as the highest selling movie ever released on Super Bowl weekend, two Platium selling Cd's, two high grossing summer tours, two high grossing promo tours and millions of girls around the world screaming for more, it all just stoped.

But During the Making Of "You Got Severed", Fizz, who did not have a larg part, started production on his first solo project, "OutSpoken". With the help of Rufus Black and Jerell's in studio support. Fizz pounded out a hit with Snoop Dogg entitle "Dunka". It was a underground smash with fans on the internet!

But as fate would have it, in Jan. 2004 Mario, Jerell, and his self left TUG and their manager and signed an adviser deal with CMX and were going to start a lable called "Supa Fam 3". While Omari stayed at TUG, with Brother and Labelmate Oryan, PLAY-brother Marques "MH" Houston former lead singer of immature (IMX), and his Mother and hair stylist. Jhene, Fizz' PLAY-cousin, also stayed behined. At CMX Raz, J, and Fizz were preparing to start their lable. They even Recorded a underground internet smash, "Ba Dunka Dunk" with Ray-J produced by Timberland and Missy Eliott, that caused a massive ruomer that Ray-J was replacing Omari in B2K.

Eventualy Supa Fam did not take off as planed. Mario started his own production company, Solo Career, and pursuit to get B2K back together. While J and Fizz took a more sane rout of starting thier own lable called "FBI". They would later come across four smooth rappers, Milly, Lil' Brotha, A.E., and Ice Kid, also known as 4-Deep.

But FBI didn't float either, and 4 Deep soon left Boog and Fizz and also split with front man Milly. Lil' Brotha, A.E., and Ice Kid formed thier on Group, The A's and Lable, Wing Team. In a blessed turn of events, Jerell got a Girl Friend Pregneat with a beautiful baby girl. This left Druex a proud God-Father, but left Fizz flying Solo.

Later Fizz would meet lable mate Cardan and Sign to Fo'Reel ENT. (Nelly, Mase). Druex would soon after record "Thank You" with labemates O.N.E. and drop that as an unoffiicial Single to LA Radio. Not taking off like he expected, he headed back to the studio. He then would recorded track after track which included: World's, Someting on My Mind, and One Nigh Stand which Feat. J-Boog.
Druex would then land a reacurring role on FOX' "The War at Home" as Tay aka "Bootay".

Fizzo's latest First OFFICIAL single and SMASH HIT Fluid feat. lablemates Missez, hit BET's Top 10 Countdown show. Which lead the Rapper to name himself the NEW Mr. 106 and Park, a tittle held now by fellow rapper Bow Wow. You can also see Fizz on another video, guest appearing in formor bandmate Omarion's Video Entourage, which he also recorded the official Remix for! On Jan. 7th 2007 Fizz, signed a label deal with Sony Columbia / Sony Urban Music. Fluid did not fly as far as He or anyone else would have liked so Sony sent Fizz back to the studio, where he worked with Akon, T-pain, and more. In the Summer of 2006 while signed to Sony he finished the album but Sony was still not pleased and even worst did not have faith in his talent, so they droped him from that lable. That Summer he was also slated to reappear on "The War at Home"-second season, for four more episodes.
