this song represents exactly what i wish the original one sounded like every time i hear the original one. i love how this band takes the essence of this song and doesnt ruin it by turning it into a rock song but rather improves it

complaining about the original is fucking pointless - perfect cover of this song for the Miami Vice film

I was cringing until I heard the drum track. The drummer absolutely nailed it. A++++.

No, Match.com. I do not want to view singles in my area. Please stop trolling my page. At any rate, if this version had come out before the original it would have been more widely accepted. I mean think of all the crack that was flying around in the 80's. If Phil Collins version was accepted, this was a shoe in.

Would've been 10x better if it was chill & slow at first...the fact that there is no build up and it goes almost straight into the epic parts takes away from the...well, the epicness, frankly. I still like it, not bad....could've been truly great. Do a revision, yo.

Whether you like Phil Collins or not, the song is a classic. The cover was well done because it allowed Nonpoint to put their own twist on it without taking anything away from the original. I think a well done cover pays homage to the original musician and can introduce a new generation to someone they may not have heard before.

Great cover! It's not "better" than the original, but it's excellent in a different way.
