well it got to the point that the drummer left the band in order to not having to see singer everyday. You are right that nothing were ever proved, like in majority of rape cases. Its diffucult to have evidance on such crime. Most of the fandom, including me, decided to support the drummer as we adhere to the principle of beliving the victim until proven innocent
