Biografía
Esp: El Invunche es una criatura originaria de la cultura mapuche, creada por un kalku (brujo) a partir de un niño pequeño robado o entregado a él. El proceso de transformación implica una serie de modificaciones corporales y torturas que logran convertir al niño en un ser deforme, sumiso y violento con los intrusos. El Invunche es usado para resguardar los lugares en los que los kalkus se reúnen, cuidando y protegiendo a quienes lo han transformado en lo que es.
Creemos que el Invunche representa a la sociedad actual, deforme y sumisa que resguarda a quienes la han transformado en lo que es, cegándose a razones y argumentos contrarios a los que sus líderes le han entregado y atacando violentamente a quienes ellos señalan. A pesar de ser fuerte y poder enfrentar a sus dueños, el Invunche jamás se rebelará, ya que su naturaleza le impide notar su poder, por ende sólo obedecerá lo que se le comande hasta el fin de sus días.
Eng: The Invunche is a creature borned in the mapuche culture, created by a "kalku" (witch) from a small child stolen or given to him. The transformation process involves a series of body modifications and tortures that turn the child into a deformed, submissive and violent being with intruders. The Invunche is used to protect the place where the kalkus gather, caring for and protecting those who have transformed it into what it is.
We believe that the Invunche represents the present, deformed and submissive society that protects those who turned him into what it is, blinding itself to reasons and arguments contrary to those that its leaders have given to it and violently attacking those whom they point out. Despite being strong and able to face their owners, the Invunche will never rebel, since his nature prevents him from noticing his power, therefore he will only obey what is commanded to the end of his days.
