No doubt Dada plays a big role in their inspirational universe. Skinnerbox’ last year’s contribution on Bar 25 “Konfetti” was just the tip of the iceberg of what will be released on “King Of Spades And Marmalades” – their album out on Doxa Rec.
Skinnerbox, Acid Pauli & Hometrainer play on the upstairs floor as one package!
DOXA Records turned 10:
First decade done. When we started in 1999 Doxa was established with an intention for “Post-Rock and late 90th infected Electronica sound”...
Since time has never been static and this formerly so called Indie behavior came to death, we changed within a few years to mainly electronic music, and entered in 2004 the stage of a dance label. It all might be transitional, but at these days we proudly represent Minimal Tech-House with artists such as Skinnerbox, Hometrainer, Odessa, Turmspringer, and all of the Smaul posse (Acid Pauli, FC Shuttle, Flug 8...)
On our label tour SKINNERBOX play as live duo and TURMSPRINGER as dj team. Partly ACID PAULI and HOMETRAINER & FLUG 8 also join the events, watch out:
