CREPITATION (Everywhere)
Is this the ultimate extreme metal party? Considering the carnage caused at Obscene Extreme 2013 and 'kin Hell Fest 2014 amongst others, it's almost a safe bet to say so. Brutal slamming death metal that actually is fun for all the family! There's no way you can't enjoy these silly chaps, especially at the end of the night.
A FOREST OF STARS (Yorkshire)
Atmospheric, epic, progressive black metal with theatrical and olde-worlde overtones. Still rarely seen even in their home towns, so make sure you catch the performance, which, for those who have seen them before, you know just how spectacular and life affirming it is.
SLOTH HAMMER (Nightmareland)
Rare appearance from this all improvised, dual drummed, mask wearing, circuit bending, bass droning, ghostly dual-vocal freak show. Who knows what will happen? Not even they!
NEUROMA (Everywhere)
One of only four gigs in 2014, and their first in Yorkshire for a long while now their drummer has come back from foreign lands. Expect the best in silly death, slam, groove and blasting party.
NU,POGODI! (Leeds/Bristol)
Hot on the tails of their second US tour, their Leeds appearances have been few and far between over the last year, so make this a special one yeah? Vicious crust punk exactly how it should be done.
SATANIC MALFUNCTIONS (Scarborough)
Scarborough's pissed and angry folks, bringing in vicious crust punk, elements of grind, hardcore and uptempo d-beat, as well as outrageous sports shorts and stand-up drumming.
LIBER NECRIS (Leeds)
Blackened death with tinges of various core moments from sunny Leeds. In the vein of Despised Icon, Whitechapel, Black Dahlia Murder, Behemoth et al.
ENVOYS (Leeds)
One of the best (almost) instrumental, riffy, 'post-rock' bands in the UK right now. Think Russian Circles, Bossk, Khuda.
HARDSHIPS (Leeds)
The best straight up hardcore band in Yorkshire right now. One of the best I've heard in a long while. Absolute rage with classic sounding songs.
PIST (North West)
The most fun, party, carnage filled southern fried groovey rawk band there is. Silly antics and cracking tunes guaranteed. Come get Pist!
CLENTSCH (Leeds)
Khuda / Cattle / Katnip chappies combine forces to bring a new lurching , scuzzy riffed beast monster to your earballs and eyeholes.
SEX INJURIES (Hull)
Relatively new discordant hardcore from Hull, with members of Battalions, The Dagger and more. Big riffs and vicious chords (vocally and guitarily).
FORNEUS (Sheffield)
From Sheffield via Scandinavia, Forneus bring some belting, blasting, brooding black metal with them to open up the Riffer in style.
