Description
The first month of 2009 is looking like a tough act to follow, with news that the beguiling Bon Iver will spend summer in our company.
Conceptualised by indie-folk man Justin Vernon, Bon Iver earned near unanimous praise for its debut album For Emma, Forever Ago. The record was recorded over a long North Wisconsin winter in an isolated cabin, lending it its meditative mood.
In January, we’ll get the chance to see if For Emma, Forever Ago translates to an equally intimate and affecting live performance.
