Featuring an all out Block Party style event over 3 areas, LOW:FI promises to be the biggest underground music event to take place this year.
Joining together three of the toughest genres in modern music, LOW:FI has secured the cream of todays talent headlined by none other than New York Hip Hop legend - NAS. At the top of the rap game since his debut album in '94, Nas brings with him a wealth of experience to a formidable lineup of Hip Hop artists that include CHALI 2NA of Jurassic 5 fame, DJ QBERT and MC SUPERNATURAL together performing their live freestyle battle routine, added to that a superhuman Drum n Bass contingent consisting of Bristols TC & JAKES, Netherlands covert-anted trio that is NOISIA and Perths favourite duo - CALYX and TEEBEE. For the dub heads, bad man COKI, one half of the infamous Digital Mystikz and founder of DMZ Label, alongside the subsonic sounds of LOEFAH, HENCH and EXCISION providing all the low end bass frequencies your body can handle, not to mention the Garage sounds of UK pioneers MJ COLE and ZED BIAS!! Boom!
To be held over three areas in Aberdeen St Northbridge, LOW:FI brings back the original street festival vibe utilising THE ABERDEEN HOTEL, THE SHED and featuring a main stage set up in ABERDEENSTREET providing the perfect arena for your Sunday afternoon!
