A festival of progressive rock music to be staged at the fantastic, 1,000 capacity, Assembly in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England
2 Days – 10 Bands: Saturday 8th/Sunday 9th May 2010, 3.00-11.00pm
Weekend tickets £40 (£35 to CRS members), Day tickets £22.50
Chris Alexander used to be the bookings manager of the historic Astoria Theatre in central London. In 2003/4 he organised Progeny 1&2 which featured, among others, In Cahoots, Pallas, IQ, The Enid, Pendragon, Jan Akkerman, Amon Duul, Man, Jadis, Audience, Fish & Carl Palmer.
Following the sad demise of that great venue, Chris has moved on to the newly refurbished and beautifully equipped Assembly and has teamed up with the CRS www.classicrocksociety.co.uk to bring this great festival back to life.
