BIG69 is India’s first heavy metal pilgrimage offering a well-curated, full-scale festival experience. For one weekend in January, the industrial environs of Richardson & Cruddas in Byculla (Mumbai) will become ground zero for metal in India. 23 bands, 3 stages and a whole lot of heavy fucking metal!
The line-up for the first year includes UK extreme metal band Carcass, UK progressive metal band SikTh, Italian technical death metal act Fleshgod Apocalypse, UK rap metallers Hacktivist, Demonic Resurrection, Underside (Nepal), Kryptos, Undying Inc, and many others, along with the Bombay Metal Project and a reunion show by Delhi band Joint Family!
BIG69 is an extension of the same ideals and commitment to fans that made B69 Mumbai’s most beloved underground venue for metal and hard rock. When we shut down, we made a promise that we’d be back. And here we are - bigger, better and even more brutal.
