Description
BLED FEST. It’s such a dumb name. And really, when you think about it, it’s a pretty dumb premise. When we moved BLED FEST to the H-PAC in 2008, we just walked around my own high school and said “We could put a stage over there. And over there. And in that classroom.” No barricades between band and crowd. Minimal production. Just thousands of people in an old school building, pretty much having the time of their lives. Let’s just take Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” video and make it a real thing. Chaos. Madness. Where I used to eat lunch every day.
