The Waikiki Shell would like you to know that:
- Anyone who appears intoxicated will not be permitted into the Shell.
- Anyone who conceals alcoholic beverages and attempts to smuggle into the Shell will be denied entry and tickets will be not refunded.
- Dumpster will be provided at the front for an "Amnesty Bin" area where people can dump alcoholic beverages.
- All provisions of entry will be enforced: No glass containers, no unsealed containers, 18" or less cooler size, one package per patron.
- Anyone without a wristband issued by Centerplate security who has an alcoholic beverage will be asked to dispose of the beverage and may be ejected from the event. If the person is underage and not banded, the person is subject to ejection and arrest.
- All persons who enter the premises without a proper ticket will be considered to be trespassing and subject to arrest.
- New information about the city's intent to enforce rules that are already in place regarding alcohol consumption at the shell.
- There will be alcohol for sale inside the shell...beer, magaritas, etc.
HPD is planning to position 4 officers on the outside perimeter of the shell looking for fence jumpers. They will also be patrolling the outside perimeter with atvs.
