Hondsrock is THE underground festival of the Northern part of Holland. With lots of attention for music, arts, film as well as theatre. We focus primarily onto the underground-scene, the alternative circuit.
Do you like alternative music and culture in the broadest sense of the word? Don't you think it is time for something else other then the average events nowadays? If so, Hondsrock is the event for you!
Hondsrock is enjoying great bands and remarkable performers, you can just relax for a bit in the Kinema, say what comes to mind in the Clip closet, see artists do what they are good at, and lots more!
Hondsrock will be held on September 20th 2008 at Theatre "De Muzeval" in Emmen.
A perfect location, which ultimately fits the Hondsrock concept. We can make use of the 2 main stages: the foyer, a cozy hall with room for 500 people and the Snail shell, an intimate stage in the hart of the Muzeval. Off course there are lots more rooms and spaces where you can enjoy theatre, arts and film.
The preparations of Hondsrock 2008 are still going on. We already have contracted several great bands and acts and the end is far from near! We are going for a blast this year, you can count on that!
In short....Be wise and write down September 20th in your agenda, on your calendar, or on your living room wall for all we care! Because if you are a culture and music lover, you cannot miss out on Hondsrock 2008!
