new album is sooooo good

Wow, I really really like this band now! However, my first shout from August 2014 (almost 10 years ago) is a much different story. I said they're mediocre. They're waaaaay better than that! Outstanding band! Interesting how our minds change with certain music artists.

They die without honour...

Uma obra prima. Em "Tales of a Future Past", tudo é perfeito. Os Mekong Delta sempre souberam estar num patamar diferente no âmbito do Thrash Metal. Por lá ficaram e por lá permanecerão. Para uma banda de TM, extremamente técnico e progressivo, desde sempre tiveram na música clássica, uma sua parceira. TOAFP vem comprovar que cada disco editado pela banda é muito mais do que um simples disco. É uma obra musical para ser levado extremamente em conta e a sério. MD nunca fizeram mais um disco, mas sim mais um monumento. E este monumento é um absurdo de perfeição e qualidade. Hail!

They're a mediocre band, I don't find them that spectacular. Oh well, plus they're from Germany. Germany has a lot of excellent thrash metal bands.

v Me too, MD fan since '01. But a 'wider fan base? With just barely 18K listeners here?? Get a reality grip. That's 200 times less than Radiohead's last.fm fanbase. But Ralf Hubert is 200-times more musically dexterous than them though.

Ive been listening to these guys for nearly a decade, Im glad there is a wider fan base than I thought.

Rerecordings, especially compilation versions, usually aren't my thing, but I'd definitely like to hear material from the first two with better production. They're picking excellent songs, too.
