The Silhouettes were also a late 60s close harmony/ jazz/psychedelia tinged vocal combo vaguely reminiscent of the fith dimension or The Free Design (only vaguely mind), at least according to the album I'm looking at now Conversations With The Silhouettes (1969). I've nothing against doo-wop per se, but the other genre is more my thing man!
