Biography
Ellie McMahon and Aoife McCann are the songwriting duo behind Æ Mak, an art pop duo from Dublin, Ireland. They met while studying Vocals at BIMM Dublin.
The rest of the band is made up of current Songwriting student Sean Leonard on Guitar and Keys, Colm Rogan on Guitar and Keys, Songwriting Graduate Des Garvey on Bass and Keys and Drums Graduate Dylan Povey on the drums!
The band’s Jungle Indie Pop sound recently got the attention of music blogger Nialler9 who included this track in his piece for the Irish Times, calling it a ‘bright and bubbly pop song that suggests great things to come.’
