Biography
Demon Kakka (also known as “His Excellency Demon Kogure”, or simply “Demon Kogure”) is the lead vocalist of the Japanese heavy metal band SEIKIMA-II (聖飢魔II).
Demon began his solo career in the early 90’s during a break from SEIKIMA-II, where a few all members of the band began their own solo careers. He continued his solo work after SEIKIMA-II disbanded in 1999. His musical style is very diverse but generally revolves around the rock genre. He often incorporates traditional Japanese instruments and themes.
Currently, he is a part of the 2009/10 reunion of SEIKIMA-II, and he will embark on a world tour with them in summer 2010.
