人間椅子 (Ningen-Isu) is a Japanese hard rock band, which formed in 1987. The group's first album was released in 1989. Their musical style has a 70's hard rock spirit and lots of rock 'n roll/stoner mixed with some psych/prog/doom influences and often uses heavy/speed metal riffing. The group is made up of three members consisting of Kenichi Suzuki (bass, vocals), Shinji Wajima (guitar, vocals) and Nobu Nakajima (drums, vocals).
