Yuri Kasahara (笠原由里) is a Japanese opera singer, theatrical actress, and session vocalist. She is well-known for her frequent vocal contributions for composer Yuki Kajiura (梶浦由記). Her voice can be heard on many soundtracks composed by Kajiura, including those for the Japanese animated series 'Noir', 'Madlax', 'Aquarian Age', '.hack//LIMINALITY', 'Le Portait de Petit Cossette', 'Mai-Otome'. Yuri Kasahara is also featured on several classical recordings, and on Kajiura's solo album "Fiction". She also has her own release entitled "An Encounter".
