Biography
(Whales) are a post-rock band from Larne, Northern Ireland. Formed in late 2008, they played as a two-piece for a while, before recruiting Johnny Black as a third member.
With influences ranging from 65daysofstatic to Devil Sold His Soul to Damien Rice to Architects to Pitchblend, (Whales) mix heaviness with melody with a key difference - all three are only 16 years old.
