Biography
PUNK band formed by 4 lovers of 1977 british punk-rock bands that started their musical career in 1988. One year later, they recorded a demo-tape with 16 songs and started to play in live concerts for their area, Valencia (Spain). In In 1990 the then recently created label "Matraka Diskak" help the band to record and distribute a vinyl album with 12 songs also punk-rock, but they improved a lot and the vinyl sounds totally professional. Few later they had the oportunity to collaborate with one track in a pop / rock compilation named "Rock´n´Babia" also in vinyl LP format and few months later they recorded an EP with 4 tracks. In 1994 the band disbanded. In 2011 the 4 musicians decided to re-formed the band and recorded a cd with 12 tracks totally new and a DVD recorded and distribute totally professional. The biggest surprise for the spanish hardcore / punk audience is that nowadays 1ª KOMUNION sounds very much better that in the 80´s decade. To mention also the cover of this new cd is an artwork made for the famous spanish underground designer: Carlos Azagra.
