McArthur Johnson, known professionally as 22 Savage, is an American hip hop recording artist from Baton Rogue, Louisiana. He is planning on releasing a mixtape later this year, and has drawn many comparisons to the rapper 21 Savage.
In October 2016, Complex reported that he was charged w/ murder and was out on bond.
