Henchmen 21 and 24 are longtime associates of costumed supervillain The Monarch on TV's "The Venture Bros", noted for their unique combination of "expendable and invulnerable". In addition to their responsibilities at the Cocoon, they are fond of collecting vintage toys and comic book paraphernalia , restoring mid-80s Nissan Stanzas, and occasionally favoring us with a song on holidays and at weddings. 24 died in 2008, leaving us with only fond memories, his music, and a relatively well-preserved severed head.
