"Black rain" is the second mini-album, and the third release by Japanese band 9GOATS BLACK OUT. "Black rain" was released in Japan on February 14th, 2009 in two editions; a Limited Edition with 8 tracks, and an Regular Edition with 7 tracks. The cover artwork differs from each edition. "Black rain" was later released in Europe on June 8, 2009 by CLJ Records in a digipack edition with 7 tracks.
