Biography
"Fúria do Açúcar" is a Portuguese Band formed in 1991 composted by: João Melo (Vocalist), Ciro Bertini (Keyboards), Ruca Rebordão (Drummer), Miguel Mascarenhas (Guitar), Jorge Cervantes (Guitar2), Caio Oliveira (Drummer2), Marcos Britto (Bass)and anothers persons convidated. The band also finish in 2003.
They are a rock-pop comedy band, with humor songs, about everything. A exemple is the name of the band, "Fúria do Açúcar" translated means "Sugar Fury"
The Discography is: In 1996, "Fúria do Açúcar", whit the singles "Batman", "Buraca" and "Rei dos Matraquilhos". In 1998, "O Maravilhoso Mundo do Acrilico" whit the single "Joana bate-me á Porta" and the best musica in the Top10 in Portugal, "Eu gosto é do Verão". In 1999, "Banana Azul" with the single "Na Marinha" and " Rei dos Frangos". In 2003, the last cd, "Plástica", a compillation of the success.
