Biography
A Series of Dark Caves was created in Dublin, Ireland in or around 2007 by David Ferguson. Taking a tongue-in-cheek stage name given to him by a close friend and former bandmate, Ferguson decided to begin recording his own material. The result was the EP "This Year in a Nutshell", which was released on web-label Rack & Ruin Records. Soon after came his first full-length album called "Streetlights", also released on Rack & Ruin. Following this, A Series of Dark Caves made a few live appearances in Dublin. He mostly performed alone on-stage, although he once appeared with a band for a Hefty Horse gig in Anseo, located on Camden St. The latest release from A Series of Dark Caves was an EP entitled "Animals" in 2009. Since then, he's been in hibernation.
