"FOMF" is a song by Ab-Soul, released as the fifth track from his fifth studio album, Herbert. It features background vocals from Ambré, Schoolboy Q, and Rich the Kid, with production handled by Boi-1da and Sounwave. It samples Button Down Brass' "Theme From Kiss of Blood" and Racionais MC's "Vida Loka, Pt. 2". The official music video was uploaded to Top Dawg Entertainment's YouTube channel the same day, directed by Omar Jones and Onda.
In February 2023, Ab-Soul performed the song as part of NPR Music's Tiny Desk Concerts.
