Absconder is a death metal band from Champaign, Illinois consisting of :
Mark Burial - guitars
Josh Avila (Leproso) - drums
Mortal Matt - guitar
Brad Buldak (ex-Morgue) - bass/vocals
Mark and Matt wrote and recorded some good old death metal songs in June 2009 and March 2010, then asked Brad and Josh to complete the band. Absconder then officially began in May 2010. In November and December 2010 the band recorded 5 songs to be released in late January 2011 as the Absconder demo 2011. Absconder will also be releasing a split 7 inch with Anatomia in 2011, as well as begin playing live dates.
