Different but still very good. A very welcome evolution. Also has the best album closer since Happiness by the Kilowatt.

Of course, the band evolves. They can't be the same for 20 years. I wouldn't lie that I was hoping for the same vibe as Crisis. However, I see that the guys grew up with their music. And this isn't bad, that's just different. But yeah, just one more "Drunks, Lovers, Sinners and Saints" would be nice ^^

My thoughts exactly although I really loved OC/YC. And this one feels a lot like a continuation of the sound. Definitely a grower and it's a solid album. Couple years ago I could only dream of a new Alexis LP

More like Dallas Green & Alexisonfire. I appreciate it but the energy is no the same and it's alright. I guess

ikr, though i agree that some songs are too much clean vocals i think George's vocals are better than ever.

Not even an opinion... she's right; George is just as present on this album as any other. It's definitely a different sound, though - an evolution from where they were going with OC/YC and Dog's Blood.

I didn't say anything about George being left out on this album lol. It's fine. I wish Wade was singing Sans Soleil as it was demoed with him on the vocals. Or at least if they could release it someday maybe. The mixing of George's vocals I don't really like anyway
