Biography
All Night Drug Prowling Wolves is the love child of Thomas Cheshire who formed the group after the breakup of The Rent Boys. The music seems heavily influenced by groups such as The Clash, Guided by Voices and Elvis Costello. Cheshire's charisma and stage presence fuel the bands garage band and prog-rock sound and aggressive angst filled vocals.
Cheshire also uses many of his multi-faceted talents on his side project of West End Motel which he shares duties with Brent Hinds of Mastodon and Fiend Without a Face. While the music is somewhat different, many of the same influences exist, just sprinkle in some Wilco and Old 97's along with the others.
All Night Drug Prowling Wolves have released two full length albums. In 2008 they released the self titled All Night Drug Prowling Wolves which contained the local hit "Dance Again" and in 2010 released Make it Right on the he Gospel Of Rhythm label. The track "No Love Is Lost (I Know I'm Innocent)" is quintessential Wolves and displays power garage rock at its core. - Tim Valdez
