Ambrosia Caprice was an alternative rock/post-hardcore band from Sacramento, California, United States.

Ambrosia Caprice was formed around the end of summer 2005. With their influences from the physical to the metaphysical, the aesthetics of nature and the love for human creation, Ambrosia Caprice would write some of the most epic and passionate, yet aggressive instrumental music in the scene today. CURRENTLY the members have stopped writing and playing shows, deciding to take some time away from the band to work, go to school, and write music with other projects. Please listen and enjoy! The band released their EP Have You Seen Its Teeth, Of Course It's Deaf/Pus Cavern in 2007. They also had a bunch of demo songs and other material.
