Biography
Andrew Keese is a singer/songwriter and composer based in Melbourne, Australia.
Although primarily working within the pop/rock genre (Andrew Keese and The Associates), he has recently started work on instrumental projects.
The first of these is the album Infinite Possible Shapes, which was self performed, recorded and mixed.
The album is based around eight improvised pieces which were performed on an ancient upright piano. Other instrumentation, including bass, guitar, drums, synthesizers and software instruments were then layered on top.
The result is an evocative, dynamic and ambient record, the charm of which lies not so much in what is said, but what is left un-said.
