Towa no Mirai is a beautiful song. And the song they did dedicated to the villains of Rurouni Kenshin is really epic. And I don't use that word lightly.

@FlowerAndSnake If you call being an anime and metal lover who found his dream of hearing his favourite anime songs finally covered with a metal arrangament a weaboo...you're missing some great metal, though. @Ashtoreth666: Kick that ignorant Polish poser! @pablobanila While I agree that Eizo is a God, and I'd add also the guitar player Syu to the Pantheon, I don't think these songs are badly arranged. In the She-ja period they were just raw and "direct", and they aimed for a more raw and "thrashy" feeling, while in the Syu period they were a lot more complex but with a bit less feeling in my opinion. I agree not all of their songs are good, some come from such obscure tokusatsu and mecha series that probably the band themselves didn't know what they were talking about, but there are a lot that really show a lot of effort and will to convey emotion to old anime fans. I'll just point at "Zankoku na tenshi", "Kimi wo nosete", "Mazinger Z" and "Ai wo torimodose!" as examples.

EIZO SAKAMOTO IS GOD. Most Animetal covers are badly arranged and is such a waste of Eizo's voice. If you want straight-up 80's Heavy Metal shredding listen to Anthem's albums when Eizo came back in 2001. I was looking so hard in the Touhou Project for good metal and only found CROW'SCLAW when Anthem has a whole discography of catchy songs.

The prior vocalist to Animetal, Eizo Japan is releasing the third volume of his anime metal series today. There are over 15 songs of pure animetal! http://www.hearjapan.com/store/album_info/EIZO_Japan_3

They are fucking awesome I got the strong impression that they were playing a comedy show in the name of japanese heavy metal the first time I saw them. It creased me. But now, yes,EZIO is such a kind and cute guy,an old urchin. When he enlivened the live, the audience responded with enthusiastic cheers. And as for hell bass MASAKI,he is steady and calm. About syu,my favorite japanese guitarist is a poised performer. What a pity they put an end to the band in 2006.

Utterly incredible band. You gain a lot of respect for them, and interest in them, if you start to become familiar with the subject matter. I used to think they were alright, then I got into Kamen Rider. Now they're one of my favorite groups, especially for Tatakae! Kamen Rider V3 and Let's Go! Rider Kick. RAIDAAAAAAAA JUMP! RAIDAAAAAAAAA KICK! KAMEN RAIDA, KAMEN RAIDA, RAIDAAAA, RAIDAAAAA!!!
