At The Helm was a post-hardcore/alternative rock band from Walnut Creek/Concord/Clayton, California, United States.
The band released a demo. A self-titled EP in 2007, and later they released their EP Deprogram And Resocialize in 2009. They recorded w/ Nick Shively @ Earhythmic Studios in Hercules, California.
