Lol that Asschapel is a real band, which is especially funny when Whitechapel is pretty famous. I like this as a catch-all comment you can say about any metal band.

Ещё одна коммерческая пустышка, на сей раз австрийская, якобы играющая "настоящий" блэк-метал (нет). В одну компанию с демо бургером, крадл оф шитом и бляхемотом - навеки.

There's something to be said about the way Belphegor has been able to make their mark on the world with a sound that is theirs and theirs alone. Latest release, The Devils, is a testament to this idea. They've managed to create a sound that will thrill both old-school fans and new ones alike. Old school fans of the band will not be disappointed as they'll return to their roots with lyrics more based on Satanism and devil worship. With this new album, the band has shown that it is still able to keep up with the times. Band's music is as aggressive and brutal as ever. If you're not familiar with Belphegor, you should know that they are considered one of the most important bands in black metal history. The guitars are savage and unforgiving, there is no shortage of blast-beat drumming on this album. This album is a testament to the bands signature sound of blending supremely technical musicality with catchy melodies and intense drumming. With heavy influences from Latin lyrics

and groove-laden modern-era grooves, this album stands out as one of the most memorable albums in recent memory. This is due in part to the fact that all of the guitars on the album are played by founding member Helmuth Lehner. The Devils is also a return to their earlier sound as it was recorded with an analog tape machine and features no digital effects whatsoever. "Ritus Incendium Diabolus" is sure to be a standout track on the album, with testimonial guitar harmonies and oomph-inducing Voodoo-ish ugliness. The structuring riff foundation and frenzied blast-orgies are life-threateningly impressive, and the album as a whole is sure to be a sickness-inducing joy for fans of the band. This album leaves me both claustrophobic and embittered. It doesn't do much with its space, but it still sounds very full and has been described by many as the "perfect introduction of nihilism" is a must-listen for anyone who can handle and embrace a dark atmosphere expressed with a hefty approach.

Ah, I know, zoomers have the attention span of a goldfish because of Tik Tok and have never read a single book in their entire lives because of an approximate 11% ADHD rate but hey, you do not have to brag about discovering reading difficulties every time.

"The Devils" remains in the straight line of what Belphegor has been doing for more than fifteen years: for one good track, you have to put up with three other completely unremarkable ones. All this with a completely generic production and rehashed riffs.

You don't get how people unironically listen to this because you don't speak this language. I don't get why people like to show off their ignorance. Very silly.

For years I had the song "The Goatchrist" wrongly titled as "The Boatchrist".
